CompanyDNA AI Inc. (“CompanyDNA”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides its software-as-a-service platform to offer teams and individuals tools to improve workflow and efficiency. This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) outlines what is allowed and prohibited when using our platform.

All terms used in this Policy but not defined shall have the meaning given to them in either our Master Services Agreement or our Personal Use Terms of Service, depending on the context of your use of CompanyDNA’s platform. This Policy is incorporated into the terms applicable to your subscription, and your continued use of the Services is subject to this Policy, in addition to those terms.

User Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to ensure that you and, if you are an organization, your users do not:

(a) Access, store, distribute, or transmit any material using the Services that:

(b) Except as allowed by any applicable laws which cannot be excluded by agreement and except to the extent expressly permitted under this Agreement:

(c) Access the Services to build a product or service that competes with the Services;

(d) Unless specifically authorized under the Agreement, license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise make the Services available to any third party except your authorized users;

(e) Attempt to obtain, or assist third parties in obtaining, access to the Services, other than as provided under this Agreement;

(f) Violate, or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others;

(g) Engage in, promote, or encourage illegal activity;

(h) Use the Services for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose (for example, this may include phishing, creating a pyramid scheme, mirroring a website, generating, distributing, publishing, or facilitating unsolicited mass email, promotions, advertising, or other solicitations);

(i) Interfere with the use of the Services, or the equipment used to provide the Services, by customers, authorized resellers, or other authorized users;

(j) Disable, interfere with, or circumvent any aspect of the Services; or
